Returns

Jaxon’s goal is to make all our customers happy with their furniture and home goods purchases. It is inevitable, though, that issues may come up from time to time. Our goal to provide you with 100% customer satisfaction, and we have several options for solving your problem. However, in the unlikely event we are unable to do so, and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have the following policies in place to ensure a great customer service, whether you choose to keep our wares or not.

For Online or Phone Purchases 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online or phone purchase (excluding special and custom orders), you may return it within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund less the original delivery charge, and an equal pick up charge, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Merchandise must be in new condition at time of pick up, and in the original packaging.

If the item has been used, or you are making a return outside of 7 days of receipt of merchandise, there is an additional return processing fee which is 25% of your purchased value.

Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in store credit only, less the original delivery charge, and an equal pick up charge.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order prior to taking delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of order to receive a refund in full. After that time, a 20% cancellation fee of your purchased value will apply.

Custom orders begin processing upon order, and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after 7 days.

Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For In Store Purchases

If you are not entirely satisfied with an in-stock purchase you made at our Los Angeles showroom, you may return the item within 14 days with your receipt. A return processing fee of 25% of the purchase price will apply.

Custom orders begin processing upon order, and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after 30 days.

Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on As-Is, custom, or sale items.

Pricing

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

Attention

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Discrepancies

Furniture colors may differ slightly from how your display renders color.
